About us:

Crisis & Disaster Psychology (RKK), at the central management support of Stockholm County Healthcare Services (SLSO), is a regional knowledge center within Region Stockholm.

The main task of RKK is to promote health and prevent mental illness both in everyday healthcare crisis situations and during disasters by developing the healthcare system's ability to meet people affected by crises. This is achieved through information dissemination, education, collaborative exercises, knowledge and method development, as well as crisis and disaster psychological research. A central part is to develop the Region's psychological crisis preparedness. The work is focused on the prevention of mental illness and occurs at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

About the position:

We are now looking for a colleague who wants to work with us in a dynamic environment. We offer an interesting and creative job where you independently and together with others in the team take responsibility for and participate in the unit's various work areas.

The work largely consists of conducting training and exercise initiatives, leading and developing the Region Stockholm's PKL organization (psychological/psychiatric disaster organization) and SLSO's crisis support center organization, driving method development in project form, and being part of the unit's expert function within the knowledge area. The work is carried out in collaboration and cooperation with external partners both within and outside the region. Patient work is not included in the position. RKK consists of 7 employees including the manager. The work is varied and requires a very good ability to prioritize and quickly adjust work based on serious events occurring in the world.

Employment form:

Permanent full-time employment, 100 percent. Start date by agreement.

Qualifications:

You need to be both a Licensed Psychotherapist and a Licensed Health and Medical Care Curator. Extensive experience working within Region Stockholm's PKL organization and Crisis Support Center Organization (KSC) within SLSO is a requirement. You need to have been part of the region's special healthcare management (RSSL) in function S 10 during special events in the county and have taught within Region Stockholm's crisis support training (PKL). Experience in clinical patient work in primary care. Several years of experience working with psychological treatment in adult psychiatry (from 16 years and up), both outpatient and inpatient, individually as well as in group therapy. You need to have competence in the crisis and disaster psychological knowledge area. Great experience and confidence in lecturing and conducting training for both patients and professionals in primary care and psychiatry. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. B driver's license. Ability to work outside the office during special events (which often occurs outside office hours). Good ability to work independently and be interested in developing the business together with other colleagues. Interest in research is an advantage.

• in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
