The Staffing Center is a municipal operation responsible for Huddinge municipality's substitute management within its own organization. Our mission is to staff and recruit hourly substitutes for various operations within support functions and elderly care during short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or training.

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for home care. Our home care services are spread across Huddinge, with offices in Flemingsberg, Vårby, Trångsund, Skogås, Segeltorp, and Stuvsta. We are also looking for staff for the Night Patrol and Alarm Group, which responds to security alarms from all over Huddinge Municipality. It is important that you feel comfortable supporting users in all their needs, including personal hygiene, cleaning, and shopping.

Your Profile

To be considered for the job, you need to be available at least three days a week. We have operations that are open every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying hours that may occur during the day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. Since you will be working at different times of the day, particularly high demands are placed on flexibility. You need to be available at short notice. We prefer that you are available immediately.

Applicants should have experience working in care and support and possess a B driver's license. It is advantageous if you can cycle. Especially advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in home care. We are looking for someone with a professional attitude characterized by good communication, respect, and dignity.

The job requires high demands for flexibility, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical skills. You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable working with individuals who are in great need of continuity, structure, and care. Particular emphasis is placed on communication, view of humanity, and empathy.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Good computer skills are required as documentation is done on a computer.
