Elektroautomatik is now seeking a driven and customer-oriented technical engineer for our growing consulting department in Gothenburg.

As an engineer with us, you will have a varied role where you contribute both to the delivery of our service packages and as a consultant out with clients. We are looking for someone with experience in mechanics, maintenance, electrical work, PLC programming, or project management, who enjoys working broadly but also has an interest in developing expertise in their specialist area. You will be an important part of our team and work to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

In your role, depending on your previous experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support our customers by taking on consulting assignments in automation and production.
• Participate in or lead our consulting projects, with broad tasks ranging from analysis to implementation.
• Program PLC systems
• Manage/drive electrical installations.
• Maintain close dialogue with customers and contribute your expertise in solution proposals and improvement work.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing first-class customer service.
• Project manage customer projects and drive them towards successful outcomes.
• Conduct courses in your specialist area.
• Gain broader competence in a flexible and supportive work environment.

We place great emphasis on you as a person and are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and enjoys taking initiative. You have broad technical competence and are not afraid to take on new varied tasks. Your willingness to develop and help customers with both small and large challenges is crucial for the role.

You have:

• Class B driver's license
• You have a technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering and several years of professional experience in the industrial sector.
• A strong desire to learn new things and develop within the profession.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

• Technical project management.
• Maintenance, electrical installation, logical troubleshooting.
• Machine/automation optimization.
• Flow simulation.
• PLC systems from manufacturers such as Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Robot systems from manufacturers such as ABB and KUKA, etc.
• Electrical or mechanical design CAD/CAM.
• Various industries such as food, medtech, logistics, automotive.
• Customer contact and sales of technical solutions.
• Vision systems, Cognex, etc.
• Other hobbies that demonstrate drive and a desire to develop.
