About the position
We are looking for a Site Manager with several years of experience in concrete/foundation/construction or land operations who wants to lead our projects in a marine environment. The primary task is to drive our projects and deliver high quality to SSE customers. As a site manager at SSE, you will manage the entire process in your projects. The role of site manager gives you great opportunities to work with different types of projects with varying focus and size. You will also join a company that actively invests in offering employees training and personal development. The work is varied, ranging from managing projects in the renovation and new construction of bridges, quays, and underwater pipelines to working with our experienced divers to develop cost-effective solutions for underwater work. As a site manager, you will drive your projects together with foremen. You will drive the process, lead the work, and have the financial responsibility. Furthermore, you may have several projects ongoing simultaneously. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other site managers.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership role within construction/concrete/foundation. Experience in marine operations is an advantage. You are technically knowledgeable in construction and have a good understanding of the design process. As a person, you are clear and have the ability to maintain and create structure. Furthermore, you enjoy many social contacts and have the ability to build good relationships. Additionally, you are good at creating engagement and trust among those you collaborate with. You are communicative and express yourself well in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English.

We would like you to have the following:

• Good knowledge of construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction law (AMA, AB, and ABT)
• Experience in project management.
• You have good leadership qualities.
