As a Project and Construction Manager with us, you will be a key player in our railway projects, where you work as a consultant and represent our clients. You will be a central part of the projects – from contributing your expertise in early stages to leading and coordinating construction management in ongoing projects. You will lead and coordinate production-related issues within the contract and create conditions for effective and safe construction regarding time, cost, and content.

You will be based at our office in Gothenburg or Karlstad, but we also offer the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. The role also includes travel within the local area.

About you

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and has the ability to drive processes forward with a good business understanding. You are skilled at building and developing both new and existing customer relationships, and you thrive in a dynamic work environment with varied tasks, both in the field and in the office. Your unpretentious approach and your communication skills are a great asset when collaborating with various contact points both internally and externally, and you actively contribute to creating collaborations focused on common goals.

To be considered for the role, you need to have at least 5 years of experience in railway projects as a consultant or contractor. You need to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, have good knowledge of the Office suite, and hold a B driver's license. If you also have experience in a leadership position, from Trafikverket's TTJ, Gothenburg's tramway TRI, or as an inspector in the railway sector, it is a significant plus.
