Are you someone who loves nephrology, or perhaps you have not yet seen how incredibly exciting it is but are curious? Are you also a person who wants to work with a group of colleagues where hierarchy is overlooked and everyone cares for each other in the team? Then you are warmly welcome to join us at Medicine Department 3. We are a department with around 40 employees, a diverse group with different ages, experiences, and backgrounds. We value an open climate where no questions are silly, and we help each other. Teamwork is central to us, and we focus greatly on communication, even in stressful situations. Communication helps us distribute the workload efficiently. Development is important to us, and we have experienced and supportive colleagues you can rely on. Many of our patients have multiple illnesses and require extensive care and medical interventions.

We are two managers, both with extensive experience as nurses in the department, and we are responsible for both the department and the outpatient clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will have varied tasks including monitoring medical parameters and conducting patient examinations. You will work closely with nursing assistants, doctors, and other professionals to ensure the best care for the patient, as well as lead the team in daily work. You will actively participate in rounds and have the opportunity to be involved in the department's development work. Additionally, you will contribute to patient safety work, which is an important part of our operations.

We are currently in a development phase, and if you are someone who enjoys finding solutions and driving change, you can be a key player in our future development. We tailor your introduction based on your experience and background.

If you are a newly graduated nurse, we offer you eight weeks of shadowing until you feel confident to work more independently. You will work on a rotating schedule with day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekend shifts. You will work two weekends out of five.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a nurse, and experience in hospital care is advantageous but not required. In our team, we value the ability to adapt to different situations, and listening, communicating, and problem-solving constructively are important to us. A good attitude is a fundamental part of your skills and a necessity to contribute to a positive work environment and atmosphere.
