Nurses for summer substitute positions and hourly employment at our special accommodations!

As a substitute or hourly employee, you will work at one or more of our 39 special accommodations in Malmö. Please specify your geographical preferences in your application.

We are now looking for nurses for summer substitute positions and hourly employment. There is also the possibility of permanent employment.

We offer you a varied job with the freedom to plan and structure your work independently. Individually adapted introduction and mentorship during the first year. The working hours are during the day 07:00 - 15:30 or in the evening 14:45-22:45.

Job Description

As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of the patients. This means that you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and care interventions. You are responsible for supervising, educating, and delegating care staff. You work person-centeredly by involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the team around the patient. You regularly collaborate with primary care through rounds focusing on the patient. You will also collaborate with several stakeholders according to the healthcare agreement, where the county council, municipality, and primary care are involved to meet the individual's care needs. At our special accommodations, we work with quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and palliative registers.

We are looking for you who

Are a licensed nurse. It is considered a merit if you have work experience as a nurse. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with individuals who are multi-ill or have dementia, and if you have specialized training in a relevant area. We prefer that you have a good habit of collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks. To enjoy the assignment, you are independent, responsible, solution-oriented, and have a natural commitment and interest in the health of elderly patients.
