Your everyday life as a testing Test Leader

In our Product team Apps, we work on developing mobile and web apps where we share important information with the public (you may be familiar with the 112 app), other authorities, and partners. This helps us save lives around the clock, all year round, and make Sweden safer for everyone.

As a testing Test Leader with us, you belong to our agile App team where you are responsible for testing our in-house apps, both native apps and web applications (PWA). We work in a common scrum team where our testers are involved in continuous verification during development, and carry out final tests before release. We have embarked on a journey towards more automated testing, which is why you will also work on continued test automation and maintenance of these environments. In your role as a Test Leader, you will also take a more long-term responsibility for our test strategies in the App area.

Our systems are primarily built in Angular (frontend) and .NET/C# (backend) with app development on iOS/Android. We work in Microsoft environments, where both Azure and on-premises solutions are used. The methodology is scrum with Jira/Qmetry as planning tools.

More about you

As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented, enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with others. You are passionate about Testing but also have skills in development and an interest in working with test automation. You take your own initiatives in both your daily work and your personal development. Your knowledge of Swedish is good, and you have Swedish citizenship.

Competence-wise, we are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education with an engineering degree or comparable skills
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Programming experience (preferably C# or Angular)
• Experience working in Microsoft environments
• Experience with Robot Framework, Appium, Playwright, and/or other testing frameworks
• Experience in testing complete web and mobile applications
