Then we have the job for you - we are looking for dentists for our two clinics in the heart of the furniture kingdom of Småland - Lammhult-Moheda.

Job Responsibilities

Public Dental Care in Lammhult and Moheda is located in two different places, but organizationally we are one unit. We are a total of 12 employees working at both of these clinics. Some of us work only at one clinic, while others alternate and work at both clinics. However, we all meet regularly, including at our workplace meetings and development activities.

Here, you will have a varied job where you will perform all types of treatments within child, adult, general, and emergency dental care. We have patients of all ages - from 1 year old and up, and meeting patients of different ages makes the work varied and enjoyable!

For those of you who are newly graduated, we can offer good supervision where, among other things, we start from a checklist for clinical introduction. The purpose of the supervision is to help you, as a newly graduated dentist, feel confident in your role. Together with an experienced supervisor, you will systematically go through the elements included in the general dentist's mission, and you will receive support in developing your clinical skills.

As an organization, Public Dental Care offers good development opportunities. You can both broaden and deepen your dental competence by, for example, engaging in development projects or joining a workgroup, or applying for one of the temporary positions that are regularly advertised within specialist dental care. You can also develop as a supervisor or be part of one of our networks with different focuses.

We have an overall introduction program for all new public dental care providers. This program helps you gain a good insight into the organization but also gives you the opportunity to get to know other newly hired colleagues. In this recruitment, we use ongoing selection, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a Swedish dental license who is committed and enjoys their work. You place great emphasis on dental quality and are interested in continuing to develop both yourself and your skills.

We are over 340 employees in Kronoberg, and our operations consist of general dental care and specialist dental care, a development clinic, mobile clinic, administrative office, and Customer Center. We will be there for the residents of Kronoberg when they need us, and to take care of dental problems that cannot wait, we have emergency dental care. All general dentists employed within Public Dental Care Kronoberg and with at least two years of work experience are part of our emergency operations. This means that you work an average of three Saturdays/Sundays or full days per year. Special agreements are in place for compensation for our weekend emergency service.
