About the roleAs a procurement officer, you independently conduct procurements in close collaboration with demanders in the organization. The work includes the entire procurement process from market research, preparation of procurement documents, advertising, evaluation of incoming bids, contract drafting, and evaluation of concluded agreements. The work also includes being involved in the development of the purchasing unit, informing and advising the organization on procurement matters, and managing agreements in dialogue with contract owners.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for procurements and direct procurements of goods, services, and construction works
• Support in call-offs under framework agreements
• Support in monitoring agreements to ensure compliance with agreements by Mimer and suppliers

Profile

• Vocational/Higher education in procurement/procurement, academic education in economics/law, or other education that the employer deems relevant to the position
• Experience and good knowledge of public procurement, LOU
• Experience in conducting procurements according to LOU
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Desirable

• It is desirable if you have experience in one or more of AMA, AF, and the standard agreements AB 04 and ABT 06, ABFF 15, ABK 09, and TechSverige Agreement 90
• It is desirable if you have knowledge of one or more procurement tools such as TendSign or similar
