We are now looking for a committed Area Sales Manager for RVM (Rear View Mirror) Europe who wants to help drive both sales and the business area forward.

About the role

This is an exciting international position where as Area Sales Manager RVM, you will play a key role in the company, with significant authority and responsibility for sales in Europe. You will be part of a market-leading company in the Automotive industry, where the pace is high and expectations are great. A large part of your work focus will be to drive the sales of RVM for Europe along with all logistics. This, combined with building strategies to develop and improve sales processes and relationships with customers and partners. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

You will have significant authority to make independent decisions and the opportunity to actively influence both the success and development within your area of responsibility. The role is dynamic and challenging, requiring you to be a skilled administrator and negotiator with a good ability to structure, coordinate, and effectively lead complex processes within logistics and deliveries. You have a strong ability to make quick decisions, keep multiple balls in the air, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The assignment is broad and involves more specifically

• Negotiating prices and terms to ensure competitive agreements.
• Preparing and managing calculations, budgets, and forecasts to optimize profitability.
• Ensuring and following up on deliveries to meet timelines and quality requirements.
• Leading projects for the implementation of new products according to the PPAP process.
• Maintaining collaborations with international customers and suppliers to promote successful business relationships.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has worked in similar roles, preferably within subcontractor operations in the Automotive sector. You have a good technical understanding as well as experience in negotiation and working with budgets and forecasts. As a person, you are driven, curious, and fearless. You thrive in a results-oriented and market-oriented environment and are motivated by working towards high goals.

For the position, good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required.
