About the role

As a self-care advisor at theHjorten Västerås Pharmacy, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers receive exactly the help they need.

Being a self-care advisor means you will work with advisory sales of our over-the-counter products. You will start from each individual's unique needs to offer the appropriate product with your expertise. You act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer at the center.

For us, it is important that we as a pharmacy continue to develop, and we want you to be part of that journey. Therefore, in this role, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers.

For you as a self-care advisor at the pharmacy, we want to offer a platform where you can grow and develop. Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Receive paying customers over the counter, pick up and handle new goods that come in
• Work with exposure to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming
• Actively work with campaigns and news in self-care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician/self-care advisor.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and the ability to work with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You are structured and ensure that no important and decisive details are missed while having the ability to see the whole in different contexts

It is a great advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience working in retail as well as with customer meetings and inventory management.
