Then you could be our new Sales Representative! We are currently looking for employees for our Local and Specialty Retail team in the districts of Västmanland, Värmland, Dalarna, Uppsala & Gävleborg.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a sales representative, you will drive sales for our suppliers in your district at ICA Nära, Tempo, Matöppet, pharmacies, and sports specialty stores. You are responsible for proactively creating growth for the store, clients, and Conaxess Trade.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- build a good and business-like relationship with store buyers
- work according to the established sales cycle plan and set budget goals
- develop good distribution of our products
- create selling displays in-store
Qualifications
Besides loving to do business, we believe the following keywords are crucial for succeeding as a sales representative with us:
- Proactive and engaged
- Business-like demeanor
- Energetic and self-driven, focused with a strong winning instinct
- Structured with good planning skills
- Good analytical ability
- Positive attitude and good collaboration skills
We prefer that you have experience as a salesperson and/or have worked in the grocery trade. A suitable place of residence is Västerås and surrounding areas. The district requires overnight stays.
We offer you an exciting and varied everyday life, with many meetings. You will report to the Sales Manager and be part of a nationwide team that meets a couple of times a year at developing and inspiring conferences.
We have a collective agreement with Svensk Handel and offer a fixed monthly salary, bonuses, wellness benefits, and a company car.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we always apply a 6-month probationary period.
