You should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent skills as deemed equivalent by the employer. Previous experience and knowledge in working with the elderly, home care, and caring for people with dementia or mental illness is advantageous.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, able to work independently, and also able to collaborate in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers.

Committed, solution-oriented, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to think innovatively are some of the qualities highly valued.

We primarily work in the urban area of Nynäshamn, where our local office is also located. Working hours vary, as we have customers requiring assistance from morning to evening, both on weekdays and weekends, which means our working hours are accordingly.

We work based on assessed decisions and provide care, support, and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are a proficient user of digital tools. A driver's license (B) is desirable, and you should also be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is advantageous. Personal suitability is of great importance.
