We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a substitute caregiver and can be available at short notice.

The substitute employment may later lead to a permanent position. You should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent qualifications as deemed equivalent by the employer. Previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, home care, and care for people with dementia or mental illness are advantageous.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, able to work independently, and also able to work in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers.

Committed, solution-focused, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to think innovatively are some of the qualities highly valued.

We mainly work in the urban area of Nynäshamn, where our premises are also located and where we operate from. Working hours vary, as we have customers requiring assistance from morning to evening, on holidays as well as weekdays, which means our working hours vary accordingly.

We work based on assessed decisions and carry out care, support, and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are an experienced user of computer systems. A driver's license B is desirable, and you should also be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is advantageous. Personal suitability is of great importance.
