About the Position

As a Resident Doctor (ST-läkare) with us, you will have varied tasks including scheduled medical consultations, emergency care, and participation in home care. You will have the opportunity to develop the operations together with your colleagues and contribute to improvement and quality work.

We operate in an evidence-based and developmental educational environment with a focus on patient-centered care. Our supervisors are actively involved in your training and we adhere to the guidelines for further education recommended by the ST office.

All doctors are covered by a collective agreement between the Swedish Medical Association and the Swedish Association of Health Enterprises.

About You

We are looking for a licensed doctor with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish equivalent to level C1.

You enjoy collaborating with others, both fellow doctors and other professionals. You are dedicated and understand the importance of good patient care. You can adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on the patient and the situation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
