About the position:

Hotel Arena is a small hotel located in central Gothenburg, just a few minutes' walk from the Central Station and Ullevi. The hotel is part of the GCCH hotel group and is also affiliated with the Best Western chain.

Job Responsibilities:

The job includes standard reception duties such as check-in and check-out. You will answer the phone, make bookings, process payments, and similar tasks.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting colleagues with breakfast and cleaning. At the hotel, we all work together and always collaborate between departments.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with a great passion for service and, above all, has a positive and professional attitude towards our guests.

You should be flexible, enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently, as you often work alone at the reception. You should also like to keep your surroundings clean and tidy.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for receptionists for both morning and afternoon shifts.

If you are interested in the position but want to work less than 60%, we also have a need for weekend and extra staff.
