Occupational Therapist for the Rehabilitation Unit in Lessebo Municipality

Job Responsibilities

At the rehabilitation unit in home healthcare in Lessebo municipality, we have a strong sense of community and joy in work. We are based in Lessebo where our aids inventory is also located. Lessebo is a small municipality geographically, which means we do not need to spend much time on car journeys. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have a practical job with varied tasks, and with limited resources, we facilitate daily life. You will work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, aids technicians, nurses, care personnel, authority handlers, and unit managers. We work with support for activity and training in the home environment based on the individual's conditions and needs. Our approach is based on a rehabilitative perspective. The work includes training, assessments, aids fitting, guidance, and team collaboration. We primarily work in ordinary and special housing. We document in Cambio Cosmic, Cambio Viva, and use the digital signing tool Appva.

Qualifications

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist preferably with experience in the field or a recent graduate. If you are a recent graduate, we have experienced colleagues who provide support. We expect you to be flexible, positive, and independent, have good teamwork skills and initiative. Personal suitability is of great importance.
