Själandsgården's HVB is a small residential care home for young girls/women aged 15-21. We provide quality treatment based on CBT. We value a good work environment and are looking for someone who is committed, curious, and interested in motivating others. You need to be able to handle stress, be flexible, and have good self-awareness as the work involves some challenges. We place great emphasis on the ability to collaborate and a willingness to participate in development.

The tasks include being part of the youths' daily lives and also educating through lessons, individual conversations, etc. You need to be able to document, coordinate, and participate in meetings with clients. You also need to be willing to take the youths on activities like outdoor life in nature and trying out different sports. We prefer that you are an active person who enjoys moving around in community with others.

Working at Själandsgården means a varied workday. We also have horses in our work with the youths so horse experience/knowledge is a requirement.
