The position is located at the head office in Jönköping, which gives you unique opportunities to interact with different departments to collectively succeed in achieving Sesol's goals. You will be part of the marketing department consisting of seven people.

The head office is an office beyond the ordinary where we have a paddle court, a large gym, a sports hall, a golf simulator, and much more. We also have our own restaurant where lunch is served at a favorable price. As a Marketing Coordinator at Sesol, you will mainly work on content production for our internal and external channels such as websites, intranet, and advertising platforms. You create and develop content that aligns with the company's brand and tone, as well as maintain and monitor our channels where you communicate with customers, employees, and other external parties. You work closely with your team in the marketing department towards set goals. As a marketing coordinator, you evaluate produced content and come up with suggestions for activities and content in line with the company's goals and vision.

Main responsibilities

• Create and edit copy and content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels

• Create content for internal communication and write and publish internal news, presentations, and other informational material.

• Create, develop, and implement customer communication, both before, during, and after the customer journey.

• Work on improving the company's user-friendliness (UX) on the web, intranet, and other channels where stakeholders visit us.

• Analyze and optimize content based on data and feedback.

• Monitor and maintain the company's channels with relevant content.

We are looking for someone who is creative with the ability to create engaging and relevant content for different target groups and stakeholders. You are also very good at communicating orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible as we operate in a changing but also very exciting industry.

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and content creation in a similar role.
• Experience working in a CMS.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt texts for different target groups and channels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
