About the role

As a family therapist at Family Support Bryggan, you will play a key role in supporting families and promoting children's well-being. You will work on developing and delivering interventions to strengthen families and create sustainable changes.

Your main tasks:

• Provide individual and group-based support to families.
• Work closely with other professionals to create a holistic view of families' needs.
• Develop and implement family therapy programs focusing on interaction and attachment.
• Document and follow up on interventions according to current legislation.
• Contribute to the development of our family support using research and evidence-based methods.

Who are you?

• Qualified social worker or preschool teacher.
• Experience in family work and family therapy.
• Solid knowledge of interaction and attachment.
• Good computer skills and familiar with social services laws.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and creating positive changes.
