JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker with us, you will work with pedagogical activities alongside colleagues in a team. The work involves challenging children's learning and development during the early significant years. Using the curriculum as a starting point, you will work with the children to give them the opportunity to experience and create new experiences and reflect on them. You are responsible, together with your colleagues, for the children's care. You will also work continuously with parent contacts.

As a substitute within Staffing, you will make yourself available in TimeCare Pool on the days you can work. You will then receive requests for shifts based on your availability at the workplaces you are introduced to.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker or has experience working with children.

You have empathetic abilities, see and understand children's needs, and meet them where they are. You have the ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge children to further develop. You are used to communicating, reflecting, taking responsibility, collaborating, and through your creativity, being open to new possibilities.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
