Are you a responsible and committed person who wants to make a difference? ELFA Assistans in Sweden AB is now looking for personal assistants for one of our clients in Östersund. You will become part of a wonderful team that together creates a meaningful and active everyday life for our client.

We are now looking for a female assistant, aged 25-50, at the request of the user for a young girl who needs help and support outside of school hours. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 14:30-19:30, Friday 12:30-19:30, as well as Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday 09:00-17:00. (Other times may occur during school holidays) Please specify which days and times you can work in your application.

Your main role as an assistant is to make her days as meaningful and developing as possible, focusing on her own needs and abilities. You will assist with hygiene, training, dressing and undressing, as well as tube feeding and be a safe support in her everyday life. You need to be in good physical shape.

The position is a part-time employment with the possibility of a higher degree of employment if the collaboration works well.

References will be requested.

You should have experience in care and assistance work.

Start date: As soon as possible

The employment is covered by a collective agreement.

Before the employment begins, you must have presented a valid extract from the criminal record.

Your profile

We are only looking for candidates who are interested in a long-term position. You need to understand the importance of being responsible, attentive, and engaged. Experience and/or education is of course an advantage, but personal chemistry and collaboration are the most important.
