Job Duties

We are now looking for more nurses to join our team in home care, for night shifts. You need to be able to work independently and in a team with other professionals.

You will work on planned and acute interventions, assessments in home care both in special housing and in ordinary housing. Home care involves routine tasks but also advanced home care and end-of-life care. You are based in Lenhovda but cover the entire municipality.

You work based on a person-centered approach with the individual in focus, where the team with other professionals is important, both internally and externally such as regional primary and hospital care.

We offer a varied and stimulating work environment, where no two shifts are alike. You plan your shift based on planned and acute interventions. By working from a person-centered approach, as a nurse, you play an active role in creating a safe everyday life for our citizens and providing good and close care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse.

You are confident in your role and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We value qualities in you such as good communication skills and a positive attitude. You are flexible, responsible, and can stay focused during stressful situations. Personal suitability is of great importance.

We offer you an individual introduction.

A driver's license is required.

Interviews are conducted continuously, so do not wait with your application. Additional specialist training such as district nurse training or other relevant education is a merit.

If you are considered for employment, the employer will request a extract from the criminal record. The Municipal Executive Board has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record before employment. The extract to be presented is for work in schools or preschools.
