Job Opportunity: Microsoft 365 Solution Architect

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for driving digital transformation and enhancing collaboration? We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to join our team and lead the way in developing, implementing, and optimizing M365 solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and implement migrations while developing customer Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage incidents, implement new solutions, monitor updates from Microsoft, and maintain close collaboration with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and architects to facilitate cloud-to-cloud and data migrations.
• Enhance collaboration and productivity through SharePoint and Teams.
• Architect and deploy advanced document and records management solutions using SharePoint and M365.
• Integrate SharePoint with other M365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform) to create a seamless digital workplace.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering the development of in-house expertise.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and other M365 services.
• Extensive experience with migration tools and strategies.
• Proficiency in Power Platform administration.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experienced in client-focused consulting and leading initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical incidents.
