Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Warranty to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate the warranty project team, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warranty claims and oversee warranty obligations in line with project requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, focusing on clear and professional interactions in English.
• Drive technical solutions to meet customer needs and resolve warranty-related issues.
• Monitor financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, cost control, and budget adherence.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to management and project boards.
• Facilitate smooth project handover to the service organization.
• Travel occasionally for business as required.
