Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and optimize the supply chain, focusing on warehouses, pharmacies, and end customers.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance logistics performance.
• Lead, drive, and participate in logistics projects, including coordination and follow-up with internal and external resources.
• Define requirements and compile needs for systems and integrations.
• Evaluate KPIs, collaborate with partners, and work on follow-up and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines.

What you bring:

• A relevant university or college degree, such as civil engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics or production.
• Extensive experience in warehouse and logistics management, ideally within retail.
• Proven expertise in optimizing logistics flows and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between processes, logistics theory, and IT support.
• Solid business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
