Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead/Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives within the traffic communications team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy.
• Drive architecture discussions, making informed decisions on technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
• Manage technical challenges and risks during the development process.
• Communicate effectively with both management and development teams to ensure clear understanding of goals and progress.
• Facilitate workshops and build consensus among stakeholders to promote collaboration.
• Promote technical quality, scalability, and sustainability in all deliverables.
• Guide and support team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

What you bring:

• Solid experience in system development, integrations, and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in SaaS and PaaS services, including API management, containers, data storage, and messaging.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and SAFe methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or other cloud technologies.
• Experience in building REST APIs and using the OpenAPI standard.
• Senior development experience in Java, Spring Boot, ServiceBus, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Proficiency in DevOps and FinOps practices.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
