A week as a solutions architect at Iver:

As a solutions architect at Iver, you will belong to our central team of advisory architects. Our customer base is broad, with representation in almost all industries and sectors. With a deep understanding of the customer's business, we drive digital transformation with a shared interest in how we can develop the customer's business. We are part of the customer relationship from the very beginning when a need arises, through the dialogue when the solution design is developed, and as architects during the implementation of the solution.

Finally, Monday!

It's always exciting to meet new customers; today we had a meeting with a customer who wants to hear how we can help them create more value in their business. To develop the best solution, it is important to listen and understand the customer's needs and challenges. The focus is on digitization and the benefits of the cloud, but also on identifying applications that are not suitable for the cloud and finding an effective managed solution for them. During the meeting, we delved into security from both the users' perspective and how we can work proactively to reduce the likelihood of breaches in the entire IT environment. This is going to be a really interesting assignment, and the end goal will facilitate the customer's expansion according to their strategy.

Already Wednesday?

They say that days fly by when you're having fun, and we are indeed having fun! The past four weeks, we have been working intensively on a feasibility study. Most of the requested services are in our offering, and it is crucial to be thorough with the solution description that needs to be compiled and anchored. As with most large customers, there are some parts of our solution that we need to adapt and create a tailored technical solution design to meet the customer's expectations. The day ended with the service owner approving our solution proposal, and now the bid is ready to be submitted.

Today we have a team meeting; it's great to talk with colleagues and hear about the projects others are working on. We discussed Iver's development and the outcomes of the past year. Our transformation is progressing, and the new services we are developing to meet future needs are starting to come together. During the meeting, there is a great openness to discuss ongoing technical solutions, and we see each other as valuable sounding boards. A colleague has just completed an implementation that has been ongoing for a long time and shared how exciting it is to see the first proposal become a reality and create value.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a relevant IT education and at least 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry. We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of advisor and is both sharp and broad in technology. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and design solutions that support their business goals. Through your technical knowledge and business insight, you help bridge the gap between technology and business strategy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is skilled at communicating technical solutions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in an advisory role where you act as a partner and problem solver for the customer.
• Has knowledge and experience in IT architecture and technical solution design.
• Cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, data communication, and IT security.

Location:

Any Iver office! We have 25 locations in Sweden & Norway. The location for this role is at one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.
