A week as a solution architect at Iver:

As a solution architect at Iver, you will be part of our central team of advisory architects at Iver. Our customer base is broad with representation in almost all industries and sectors. With a deep understanding of the customer's business, we drive digital transformation with a common interest in how we can develop the customer's business. We are part of the customer relationship right from the start when a need arises, the dialogue when solution design is developed, and as an architect during implementation in the solution.

Finally Monday!

It's always exciting to meet new customers, today we had one who wants to hear how we can help them create more value in their business. To develop the best solution, it is important to listen and understand the customer's needs and challenges. The focus is on digitalization and the benefits of the cloud, but also on identifying the applications that are not suitable for the cloud and finding an efficient managed solution for them. During the meeting, we delved into security from both the users' perspective and how we can proactively work to reduce the likelihood of intrusion throughout the IT environment. This will be a very interesting assignment, and the end goal will facilitate the customer's expansion according to their strategy.

Already Wednesday?

They say time flies when you're having fun, and we sure are! For the past four weeks, we have been working intensively on a feasibility study. Most of the requested services are in our portfolio, and it is important to be thorough with the solution description that needs to be compiled and anchored. Like for most major customers, there are some parts of our solution that we need to adapt and create a tailored technical solution design to meet the customer's expectations. The day ended with the service owner approving our solution proposal, and now the bid is ready to be submitted.

Today we have a team meeting, it's great to talk to colleagues and hear about the projects others are working on. We discussed Iver's development and the outcome of the past year. Our transformation is progressing, and the new services we are developing to meet future needs are starting to come together. During the meeting, there is a great openness to discuss ongoing technical solutions, and we see each other as valuable sounding boards. A colleague has just completed an implementation that has been ongoing for a long time and shared how exciting it is to see the initial proposal become a reality and create value.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have a relevant IT education and at least 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry. We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of an advisor and is sharp and broad in technology. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and design solutions that support their business goals. Through your technical knowledge and business acumen, you help bridge the gap between technology and business strategy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is skilled at communicating technical solutions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in an advisory role where you act as a partner and problem solver for the customer.
• Has knowledge and experience in IT architecture and technical solution design.
• Cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, data communication, and IT security.

Location:

Any office within Iver! We are present at 25 locations in Sweden & Norway. The location for this role is at one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.
