About the role:
As a District Sales Manager, you mainly attend pre-booked meetings, allowing you to wholeheartedly focus on handling each customer in the best possible way.
We at 1KOMMA5 are now looking for a District Sales Manager in Kristianstad who wants to take on a senior role in selling solar energy solutions to individuals. As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving our growth and contributing to the transition to a fossil-free society.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warm leads and develop new business opportunities with private customers.
- Manage the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to closing deals and follow-up.
- Design and plan your own sold solar panel installations.
- Work independently and take responsibility for your region with a focus on growth and long-term customer relationships.
- Be an ambassador for 1KOMMA5 and actively contribute to our position as a market leader in solar energy.
We are looking for someone who:
Preferably, you have a background in sales, which can range from B2C, B2B, D2D, but also experience in retail is interesting. You are an outgoing person who excels in customer dialogue and understands the value of a close and good relationship with your customers. You are driven by results but above all by a satisfied customer at the end of a deal. You take on tasks and plan your workdays independently.
