Service Host/Breakfast Host at Scandic Lugnet

At Scandic Lugnet, our guests stay in the middle of Lugnet's large sports and outdoor facility with plenty of activities all year round. They can enjoy nature or take a walk to Falun's city center with restaurants and shops. Our guests can also savor a delicious meal in our cozy restaurant or spend time in our relaxation area.

Now we are looking for one or more extra Service Hosts/Breakfast Hosts as needed at Scandic Lugnet.

Regardless of why the guest comes to us, few things are as appreciated as a friendly face welcoming them. As a team member during breakfast, you act as a host together with the rest of the team at the hotel. Together, we create a world-class guest experience.

In the role of Service Host/Breakfast Host, you work within one or more areas of responsibility, all of which contribute to the guest's overall experience. With us, you will take great personal responsibility to make the guest happy and the teams develop and improve work methods and service as the world changes. What does the role of Service Host/Breakfast Host entail?

We are now looking for a colleague to work in the F&B Services area at Scandic Lugnet. Your main role is to support the breakfast operation with various operational tasks so that the team members closest to the guest can fully focus on providing world-class service. Your tasks include preparation, set-up, and maintaining order in the bistro and public areas. You ensure that dishes are clean, cleanliness is maintained, and our buffets are nice and well-stocked.

The position is extra as needed with a focus on weekends but also weekdays. At Scandic Lugnet, our guests stay in the middle of Lugnet's large sports and outdoor facility with plenty of activities all year round. They can enjoy nature or take a walk to Falun's city center with restaurants and shops. Our guests can also savor a delicious meal in our cozy restaurant or spend time in our relaxation area. Initially, we are looking for extra staff as needed, but there are good opportunities for a permanent position.

We are now in need of new colleagues who can step in as needed (Service Host).
