About the Role

As a Traffic Host in the Slussen project, you will be a central part of our operations and contribute to creating a smooth and safe travel experience for our customers. Slussen is one of Stockholm's most important hubs, and in the role of Traffic Host, you will be part of the transformation in this exciting project. Your main responsibility is to inform and guide travelers, manage traffic diversions, and ensure that public transport operates efficiently in the area.

Responsibilities

Provide clear and professional customer service to travelers.
Inform about changes in traffic and guide to the right buses or stops.
Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of travelers.
Handle challenges in a solution-oriented and calm manner in a often hectic environment.
Contribute to creating security and safety for both travelers and employees.

We are looking for someone who

Has a genuine interest in service and customer contact.
Is flexible and enjoys working in a changing environment.
Has good communication skills and can express yourself clearly in Swedish.
Is stress-resistant and can make quick decisions with a professional approach.
