About the Role

Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference in people's everyday lives? We at Securitas are currently looking for someone who wants to join us and work on increasing security among our retail customers. As a store controller, you will work to prevent and deter shoplifting, theft, and loss in a retail environment. The role is varied, with each day being different as you will visit several different stores during your shift. In the event of a crime, you will intervene and then call the police to the scene.

You will, for example:

• Conduct checks at our retail customers
• Collaborate with the police in case of any crimes
• Work preventively by checking the stores' security measures

The position is suitable for someone who is decisive and not afraid to work in challenging environments. The role of a store controller is often flexible, allowing you to combine it with other tasks within Securitas if needed. With us, you will have the opportunity to work on creating a safer society.

Requirements

Requirements

• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• B driver's license, the position is car-based

• have a security guard training

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (this application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective regulations, a background check is carried out. The assessment concerns lawfulness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply an overall assessment when assessing suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on a collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
