We are looking for an experienced Operations Technician to strengthen our team in 2nd-line IT support. The role involves handling more advanced incidents and issues affecting the business, with a special focus on supporting store environments. Over the coming months, several extensive projects are planned, creating a need for a dedicated and curious technician who can quickly familiarize themselves with new systems and processes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, asking questions, and exploring solutions to complex problems. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and work methods. Interviews are planned for mid-January.

Qualifications and experience

Basic requirements:

- Practical experience in incident management and work in a service desk.

- Good understanding of and experience with the ITIL framework, especially in Incident Management and Problem Management.

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred competencies:

- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of and experience with tools like Postman, Google Analytics BigQuery, SQL, Grafana, Kibana, and Kafka.

- Previous experience in retail is a big advantage.
