We are looking for a results-oriented salesperson who will engage with existing and new customers, both within and outside the region. The position offers flexibility with placement in Stockholm, but sales will take place all over the country.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and nurture customer relationships: You are responsible for creating and maintaining both new and long-term customer relationships. Sales in Relining: You drive the sales of Serwent's relining services, both to existing and new customers in the region.

Administrative responsibility: You manage and update contracts in the CRM system Rekyl and work with Excel to ensure accurate follow-up.

Marketing and brand awareness: You contribute to increasing Serwent's visibility by participating in trade fairs, networking, and creating engagement around our brand.

Customer meetings and events: You initiate and lead customer meetings and events, as well as hold presentations to strengthen relationships.

Campaigns and marketing strategy: You implement sales campaigns and actively participate in the development of marketing plans and budgets.

Development of the sales organization: You are an active part of the work to further develop and optimize the sales structure and processes.

More about you and what we are looking for

We believe you have experience from the construction or water and sewage industry, or a similar field, which gives you a good understanding of projects within these areas. You have previously worked with B2B sales where you have demonstrated good results and are accustomed to building relationships, establishing trust, and working in a structured manner.

As a person, you are communicative, driven, and enjoy networking. You have a strong interest in both people and business, are self-motivated, and have a strong desire to achieve results. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can take initiatives and think long-term to build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales
• Previous experience from the construction, water and sewage industry, or equivalent and a good understanding of how projects in the industry are conducted
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Driving license B

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Serwent, with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time. You will be based at the office in Rotebro, travel is required. Start as soon as possible! Alcohol and drug tests will be conducted upon hiring. About Serwent
