Your Role

As a consultant manager at Pelmatic, you will work with staffing consultants in the healthcare sector, primarily nurses and doctors. Our clients are found in regions, municipalities, and among private healthcare providers.

You are responsible for meeting their needs with the right selected consultants. You will be involved in the entire staffing process, from the first contact to reference checks, matching, negotiation, and contract writing.

In this role, you will actively work via phone, email, and social media to find new candidates and create long-term relationships. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle multiple processes simultaneously in a changing and fast-paced industry.

Your tasks include, among others

• Proactive sales, primarily via phone to find new candidates.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both consultants and clients.
• Managing recruitment processes and ensuring that consultants' competencies match clients' needs.
• Participating in strategic work to develop your team and your working methods.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, preferably within staffing or a similar industry.
• Is accustomed to working with their own budget and achieving set goals.
• Is a skilled communicator with the ability to create trust and build long-term relationships.
• Is goal-oriented, structured, and driven by delivering results.
• Has a strong commitment and sees the phone as one of your primary tools.
