About the role of Purchasing Assistant:

As a purchasing assistant at Jefferson Wells, you will work operationally with purchasing and manage the goods and services required to maintain daily operations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring stock orders, logging pickup orders, and calling off stock materials.
• Delivery monitoring and handling missing deliveries.
• Updating items with delivery times, prices, and other information.
• Checking and flagging delayed deliveries and extracting KPIs for those that do not meet delivery precision.
• Escalating to the relevant tactical and strategic personnel as needed.
• Daily collaboration with tactical purchasing.
• Updating price lists.
• Collaborating with the goods reception to minimize issues.

The candidate we are looking for:

We at Jefferson Wells are looking for someone with experience in purchasing theory and/or practice (0-2 years) and relevant education. You should be meticulous, flexible, and driven, as well as have good system knowledge. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have good knowledge or experience in purchasing and logistics.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in purchasing theory and/or practice (0-2 years).
• Has relevant education.
• Has good system knowledge.
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Is meticulous, flexible, and driven.
• Has knowledge or experience in purchasing and logistics.
