About Albinsson & Sjöberg Förlags AB
Albinsson & Sjöberg is the largest automotive publisher in the Nordics and currently publishes 7 different magazines distributed in the Nordic region. Additionally, we organize over 10 fairs and events annually that together attract about 200,000 visitors. The FabasGruppen AB group also includes the motorsport track Mantorp Park and a stake in Emmaboda Flygbana, where some of the publisher's annual events are held. The group has around 60 employees and generates approximately 180 million SEK in revenue per year. The publisher also operates the Albinsson & Sjöberg Car Museum and the Karlskrona Porcelain Museum. Responsibilities and Duties
As a sales project manager with us, you will have shared responsibility for both sales and execution of some of our largest events. You will be a key person in planning, coordinating, and executing truck events such as the Trailer Trucking Festival/Nordic Trophy, Elmia Lastbil, and several other prestigious events in Sweden and the Nordics. Your main tasks include:
- Responsible for sales related to events: exhibition spaces, brochures, sponsorship packages, etc.
- Project manage competitions and event moments – from registration to award ceremony
- Maintain close dialogue with exhibitors, customers, and partners
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and materials for events
- Act as the spider in the web – working with both marketing, event team, and editorial staff
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you are self-driven, structured, and communicative, with a good ability to build relationships and close deals. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment during intense periods and are good at planning and prioritizing. A natural interest in the industry is essential for thriving in this role. You will work closely with our marketing department, sales team, and project managers/coordinators, as well as with our customers, jury groups, and external partners. This requires you to be attentive, unpretentious, and communicative in all directions. To take on this role, you need to have:
- High school education
- Experience in proactive sales
- Experience in project management/coordinating events
- Good financial understanding
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in the events industry
- Class C driver's license or other vehicle experience
