About the role: As a Meeting Scheduler at StjärnaFyrkant, you will play a central role in securing quality meetings for our sales team. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and contacting potential customers to schedule meetings that meet their needs and expectations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers.
- Build trusting relationships by understanding their needs and desires.
- Schedule quality meetings for our salespeople, either via phone, Teams meetings, or in-person meetings.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that scheduled meetings lead to results.
- Update and maintain our customer database with relevant information.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Is self-motivated and can take initiative.
- Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards set goals.
