About the role In the role of Sales Coach, you will have a broad responsibility in recruiting, onboarding, and training our Field Sales Representatives.

You will have the main responsibility for onboarding and training our new Field Sales Representatives, where you will also create a structure for how these should be conducted. You will also be involved in the recruitment process of our Field Sales Representatives, conducting interviews and handling administrative tasks related to the employees and their equipment before they start their employment.

The role will also involve being involved in developing and improving sales strategies and working methods together with sales managers.

As we have offices in several locations in the country, this will require a lot of traveling in the job. You will be based at the headquarters in Malmö but also responsible for onboarding in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the recruitment process of our Field Sales Representatives
• Create and develop onboarding and sales training
• Conduct onboarding of our new Field Sales Representatives and follow-up and training during their first three months
• Administer information and equipment for the newly hired employees
• Continuously work on developing sales strategies and working methods together with the sales managers

We are looking for someone who

For this role, we prefer that you have several years of experience in sales, where you have, for example, had a leadership role where you have trained new hires, or come from a role as a Sales Coach.

You are proactive and enjoy being a driving force in the development of working methods and routines. You can handle many tasks simultaneously and thrive on having a lot of daily contact points. Above all, you are communicative and pedagogical in your way of educating.

We believe that you

• Have several years of experience in sales, b2c or d2d
• Come from a role as a Team Lead, manager, or Sales Coach
• Are proficient in the Office package
• Have a valid driver's license
• Are fluent in Swedish and English
