FALAB is looking for a new service-minded Property Manager to join its team. The position involves being responsible for the properties in your district, which includes tasks such as:

Conducting daily inspections, rounds, operations, and maintenance of your properties
Working with maintenance; both preventive and corrective
Contributing to maintenance planning

The workdays can be very varied with different types of assignments on the agenda. There are frameworks to work from, but a lot of flexibility is given to you to plan your own days. Introduction and training will be provided on-site to ensure you feel secure in your role and have the opportunity for further development.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences:

Experience in property management at a property management company is considered an asset
Knowledge in electricity/cooling/heating/ventilation is a plus
Good IT skills (digital tools and systems)
Driver's license (B)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English

As you will be FALAB/LIBO's face to the tenants, we expect you to be very service-oriented, attentive, and driven to help where needed. You are both an independent problem solver and a good team player. You are flexible and quick to learn new things. Juggling many tasks and working in constant change is something that attracts you. Furthermore, you are curious, creative, and unpretentious, with a good sense of order as you will handle many different assignments simultaneously. You are proactive and have an eye for what needs to be done.

Company Presentation

FALAB (Fastigheter i Linde AB) is a municipal property company that owns and manages 67 properties totaling 176,305 square meters with a value of 3.2 billion SEK. The company operates only in the municipality of Lindesberg, from Ramsberg in the north to Fellingsbro in the south. Most of the properties are so-called operational premises, i.e., schools, preschools, nursing homes, group homes, sports halls, and more.

FALAB also owns a housing company, Lindesbergsbostäder AB (LIBO), which consists of 40 properties totaling 87,430 square meters with a value of 1.1 billion SEK. LIBO owns and manages the company's rental buildings, which consist of about 1,100 apartments. In the group, we have 30 employees, of which 10 are women and 20 are men. The turnover amounts to approximately 333 million SEK, with a net profit of about 28 million SEK.
