ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Technical Support at Elon Group, you will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team of five colleagues who together have extensive experience within the company. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, and the company's technicians to deliver high service and solve technical challenges. In the role of technical support, you are expected to become an expert on the products and receive continuous training to provide customers with the right and effective assistance. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to influence your daily work and be involved in creating and renewing routines and product manuals within the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Handling and assessment of incoming error reports
• Troubleshooting and product follow-up of appliances, air heat pumps, household items
• Technical support in contact with both service technicians and stores and customers regarding products under Elon’s own brands - Elvita and Canvac
• Conducting service training for technicians

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a technical background, either from education, previous job roles, or from a personal interest
• Possesses good technical understanding and excellent computer skills, with experience working in several different systems simultaneously
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as this occurs in daily work

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Have knowledge of electrical engineering and are accustomed to reading electrical diagrams
