As a Station Manager at PS Energi, you will work with both emergency interventions and preventive maintenance of fuel stations, including associated equipment and areas, on the southeastern side of Sweden. From Kristianstad in the south, via Öland up to Hultsfred along the east coast is your primary area. What Does the Role Offer?

In the role of Station Manager at PS Energi, your days will not look the same. There is a preventive maintenance program to follow. In addition, you will need to address urgent issues that arise at the fuel stations within your area and sometimes also in your colleagues' areas to work as a team. You will be part of a team of Station Managers where the other two are responsible for the West and Central regions. You will work from your home in Kalmar or nearby, and you have your own fully equipped service vehicle at your disposal. A larger spare parts warehouse/workshop is located at the headquarters in Halmstad. PS Energi has a total of about 90 stations in southern Sweden.

You will primarily contact your colleagues via phone. Your area is southeastern Sweden from Kristianstad in the south to Hultsfred in the north.

Examples of Your Tasks:

Preventive maintenance such as changing filters, batteries, belts, lighting, handles, and cleaning.
Emergency measures during downtime, such as when hoses have burst or when handles have broken.
Participation in projects.
New establishment of stations.
Relocation or updating of stations.
Ensure that PS Energi's stations are attractive, intact, and clean.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is interested in practical and technical work and who has a good understanding of problem-solving and handling various tools. Problem-solving is part of your everyday life, while structure and responsibility are important in the daily work of preventive maintenance.

Perhaps you have some form of maintenance background or have otherwise worked with service-related tasks. Your interest in technology and mechanics is clear. You are a flexible person as your days can look different and sometimes do not go as planned. You often work alone, which requires responsibility and a personality that can handle that kind of work. The most important thing is your positive attitude. Everyone is a team player and problem solver who helps each other in everyday life, and here you do it remotely.

Basic computer skills
Driving license B is a requirement, and BE license is a merit
You speak and write Swedish fluently
