About the Role

As a service market salesperson, you will play a central role in creating long-term relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for the sale of spare parts, accessories, and services within our service market. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the inventory and store. You will work closely with your colleagues in customer reception and support customer contacts throughout the day.

Your main tasks will include:

• Promoting upselling based on customer benefit through all our channels
• Ordering and selling our products and services both internally and externally
• Receiving goods and maintaining our spare parts inventory
• Record keeping, inventory, and other administration in the department
• Retail and wholesale sales

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and has a strong ability to build relationships. You have previous experience in sales and inventory management, and a genuine interest in helping customers and improving their experience. You should have:

• Experience from a similar role in sales and inventory management
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position
• Good understanding of vehicle technology
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High digital competence and system knowledge
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
