Operations Coordinator for Property Management

As an operations coordinator, you will have an administrative technical role in the operation and service of our properties.

You will have the opportunity to develop in your profession and be the hub of property management's work. It is a flexible position where you are responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on the operations work mainly through work orders. We currently use the maintenance system Faciliate. You will also support your manager and the various workshops in various matters and tasks, such as managing internal communication and communication with customers, as well as coordinating internal and external services.

About You

You have a relevant post-secondary technical education and/or other education and skills that the employer assesses as equivalent. To succeed in this role, you need to have several years of work experience in planning, preparation, or alternatively, work leadership. You need to be communicative and have a good demeanor as the work involves a lot of contact with both our internal workshops and people in other operations. The position also involves a large part of planning and follow-up, so good computer skills are required, especially within Microsoft Office. The position requires that you have a B driver's license.
