As a Technician at Eltel, you will work with cable pulling and the installation of cable ladders. An experienced technician will be on site for guidance. A large part of the work involves laying cables outdoors in the ground. Additionally, the installation of access points on ceilings or walls is included, which means screwing in 4 screws and then clicking on an access point. Initially, fiber will be spliced by an experienced technician, while the termination of CAT6 cables (common data network) will be done by the applicant, but there is potential for more over time.

The assignment is expected to start in March/April and will begin with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of extension/transfer. The work will initially take place during weekdays in the daytime.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a strong work ethic. You enjoy working physically, are handy, and have a positive attitude towards taking on practical tasks. It is important that you are focused in your work and have the willingness to learn. As a person, you are also structured and meticulous in your work.

Experience in electrical work is an advantage, for example, through secondary education in electricity and fiber or through previous practical experience. A driver's license is required.
