Flexibel Personal is now looking for a mechanic for a sawmill.

You have a genuine interest in mechanics and tinkering.

The work is permanent night shifts, so this is truly a "hands-on" role.

The job involves replacing worn or broken parts during the day, welding, and assembling to ensure production runs smoothly until morning.

When things are quiet, preventive maintenance is required, such as lubricating and preparing equipment in the workshop.

You have a technical mindset; we expect you to be service-oriented, structured, resilient under stress, and have good collaboration skills, as well as the ability to make independent decisions and work autonomously.

You focus on quality and safety and have a humble approach.

The work is permanent NIGHT shifts.

Requirements include proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A valid B driver's license and access to a car are necessary.
