Stufvenäs Gästgifveri is a classic Småland inn operating year-round, beautifully located by Kalmarsund, about 35 km from Kalmar and 50 km from Karlskrona. The inn has 73 hotel rooms, conference facilities, a congress hall, a large restaurant, a wine cellar, and a spa.

We are looking for a real handyman who preferably has experience from a craft profession, knows a little about everything, and loves the challenge of being responsible for a 200-year-old property, with everything that it may entail!

As the property manager, you will be responsible for everything concerning the property, such as garden maintenance and outdoor environment, ongoing repairs and maintenance work, systematic fire safety inspections, monitoring incoming water from our well, outgoing wastewater with associated treatment plant, our spa with its treatment plant, and everything else that may need a little maintenance or a helping hand.

The department will consist of our new property manager, our caretaker, and additional colleagues who are training in various carpentry, painting, and gardening tasks. You will also work closely with our interior design and project manager.

You are self-driven, have the ability to plan and prioritize, are solution-oriented, and always look for the best solution to problems that arise.

You will need leadership skills to effectively and correctly manage and distribute work within the department. We also believe that you likely have a background in one or more craft areas but thrive in a slightly freer role where anything can happen!

GOOD TO KNOW

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probationary period. Start date and salary according to agreement. The work is varied during both daytime, evenings, and weekends as agreed. Salary and start date according to agreement. We have a collective agreement with Unionen and HRF.
