Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas
Corrective actions
Driving minor improvement projects
Property inspections

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
Good system skills
Good knowledge of Office.
Driver's license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Experience with machinery is an advantage

The work primarily involves external property maintenance, but cleaning may also occur.
